As a Junior Sales Representative, you will play a key role in supporting their sales efforts in the French and German-speaking markets. This position is offered at a 60% workload, providing flexibility for individuals pursuing other interests or educational pursuits while gaining valuable work experience.
Start Date: ASAP
- Assist in generating new leads and opportunities within the French and German-speaking markets.
- Support the sales team in identifying and reaching out to potential clients through various channels such as cold calling, email campaigns, and networking events.
- Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to prospective clients.
- Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to develop effective strategies for lead generation and conversion.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions using their CRM system.
- Provide excellent customer service to existing and potential clients, addressing their inquiries and resolving any issues in a timely manner.
- Fluency in French is essential (native level) both written and verbal.
- Good knowledge of German is required (min B2).
- Prior experience in sales or customer service is a plus, but not mandatory.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and time management abilities.
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
- Enthusiastic and proactive attitude with a willingness to learn and grow in a fast-paced environment.
